You should be receiving a conference brochure in the mail. Don't forget about the early bird date (December 31, 2008). Take advantage of the reduced rate now so you can take part in even more of the vendor shopping at the conference.

Conference Committee members - Past, Current and New;
On my list are all the members who showed an interest at our last conference to be a part of the next. Well it is just about that time when your support is needed. I will be contacting all conference committee members to help out with mailings, conference folder assembly, coordinating all tables needing attending at the conference, and more.

We are always looking for additional support. I know this conference is going to be a great experience for us all especially when NYSRA members are willing to volunteer their time and take part in something that will be extraordinary.
